Shade and Dr. Carter are two of the most patient individuals I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. They are thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They aren't fazed when you can't commit to whether option 1 or 2 was clearer...or when you take 6 months to figure out which type of contact adheres to the shape of your plus-sized astigmatism (my left eye is hella curvy). They do a great job of getting my ADHD self into the office and that is no small feat. They're also great with kids. I highly recommend!

This was my first time going to TSO. I saw the other Google reviews of this place and decided to give it a try. I was greeted by Shadé, who was very friendly and personable. She was also very knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Carter is soo nice! She really took her time with my examination. It was so thorough! She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. They both helped me pick out the cutest frames! I am so pleased with the service I received today. Thanks so much Shadé and Dr. Carter!

Hands down the best doctor and staff. Dr Carter is so thorough, and doesn’t rush your appointment. She is amazing at what she does and the staff is one of the best. She truly cares about her patients. I’ve been seeing her for 3 years now and will continue to do so my family also sees her. Everything is always so clean and disinfected. Seriously would not choose any other eye doctor than her. Hidden gem.
